Yes, you can select different pricing plans that suits your budget and requirements to get this feature on your website for free.
If you already have an existing website or domain, you may avail our Maintenance & Support plans and select the features you want to add unto your current website.
Our Plans include dedicated support through online channels such as live chat, messenger, viber, sms, phone call, ticketing, and email. Support Hours are from Mondays to Fridays 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (PHT).
No, with our plans you can depend on our support team to help you set up, and guide you from start to finish. You'll also get dedicated support for the entire term of your plan for any adjustments or updates needed along the way.
Each of our plans are billed on a "per account" basis. If you own 1 website, you will be billed for that 1 account on a monthly or annual basis, for a 1-year or 2-year term.
You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your current plan or term by notifying us at least thirty (30) days before end of term. To avoid any automatic renewals, all cancellations or changes must be requested via email before the end of your term.
