• Valid Identification – Government-issued ID or company ID for verification.
• Doctor’s Admission Order – A written order from your attending physician detailing the reason for admission.
• PhilHealth ID and Other Insurance Details – For patients using PhilHealth, HMOs, or private insurance, bring your membership card and other necessary documents.
• Initial Deposit – A required down payment, depending on the case and type of room chosen, unless covered by HMO or insurance.
• Step 1: Proceed to the Admission Office – Located on the ground floor, our Admission Office is staffed 24/7 to assist you.
• Step 2: Submit Required Documents – Our staff will review and process your documents, verify insurance coverage, and inform you about hospital policies.
• Step 3: Room Selection – Choose from a range of accommodation options, including Private Rooms, Semi-Private Rooms, Wards, and Intensive Care Units (ICU). Room availability is subject to confirmation.
• Step 4: Payment & Confirmation – Settle the initial deposit if required. For insured patients, our team will coordinate with your provider for approval.
• Step 5: Room Assignment & Orientation – A hospital staff member will escort you to your assigned room and provide important information about hospital rules, available services, and emergency procedures.
For patients requiring immediate medical attention:
• Proceed directly to the Emergency Room (ER).
• Our medical team will conduct an initial assessment and stabilize the patient.
• Relatives or caregivers must coordinate with the Admission Office to complete the required paperwork after the patient has been stabilized.
• Insurance coverage and PhilHealth benefits will be processed accordingly.
• Pediatric & Neonatal Admissions – Parents/guardians must present the child's birth certificate or any valid ID.
• Maternity Admissions – Expecting mothers should bring their prenatal records and laboratory test results for a seamless admission process.
• Surgical & ICU Admissions – Patients scheduled for surgery or intensive care will receive special instructions from their attending physician regarding pre-operative preparations and admission timelines.
• Once your attending physician approves discharge, you will be guided through the final billing process.
• Discharge clearance is required from the Billing Section and Nursing Station before leaving the hospital.
• Patients will receive discharge instructions, including follow-up care, prescribed medications, and necessary lifestyle modifications.

Billing Procedure
Understanding hospital billing can help you manage expenses effectively and avoid unexpected costs. Here’s a step-by-step guide to ensure a smooth billing process:
• Upon admission, an initial deposit is required unless covered by an HMO or insurance provider. The amount depends on the room type and medical procedure required.
• For elective procedures or surgeries, an estimated cost breakdown may be provided upon request, helping you prepare for potential expenses.
• If using PhilHealth benefits or an HMO plan, our Billing Office will assist in verifying your coverage and computing your expected out-of-pocket expenses.
• Throughout your stay, you may request an interim billing statement from the Billing Office for transparency on accumulated charges.
• This includes room fees, medical procedures, medications, doctor’s professional fees, laboratory tests, and other hospital services.
• Patients or their representatives are encouraged to check their running balance regularly to manage financial obligations effectively.
• Once your attending physician approves your discharge, the Billing Section will finalize your hospital bill.
• The computation process may take 2 to 4 hours depending on the complexity of your case and insurance coordination.
• If using an HMO or insurance, our staff will process claims and deduct the covered amount from your total bill. Any remaining balance must be settled before discharge.
• Payments can be made through cash, credit/debit cards, bank transfers, or HMO/insurance coverage.
• After settling the final bill, a discharge clearance slip will be issued, which must be presented to the Nursing Station before leaving the hospital.
• If applicable, our PhilHealth Assistance Desk can help process deductions for eligible medical services.
• HMO and insurance claims will be coordinated directly with your provider. Any unapproved portions of the bill must be settled by the patient.
